Transformation Programme

Depending on the individual or organizational needs, expectations and readiness of Members, they will be guided through a four stage transformation process, at their own pace.

Members commence the Programme with:

Stage 1, to join the Cambridge AI Hub community to discover the capabilities, products and services of community members to provide mutual assistance and support. Members can then, optionally, participate in an overview of the Global Knowledge and AI Driven Economy through CAIH online modules. (Deeper dives and virtual meetings are possible throughout this introductory programme.) This is followed by completing a simple personal and/or organisational needs and readiness assessment online.

Stage 2 examines in more depth the knowledge and AI strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, both globally and locally, individually for job upskilling and organisationally, through online special interest groups (SIGs), courseware and/or physical special interest group meetings. At this stage, optionally, members can be introduced to the Future Leaders Programme which discusses future critical human knowledge and AI skills development and introduces organisational governance, strategy, management systems and policy considerations.

Stage 3 helps individual and organisational members with developing their best path and/or strategy and gain opportunities to experience new knowledge and AI tools according to 5 recognised levels of competence.

Stage 4 optionally enables organisational members to iteratively pilot, evaluate, measure and improve their implementation of human knowledge and AI driven management systems.

Throughout each of the programme stages, members are guided to be in alignment with international regulations, international principles, standards, and best practices for ethical and responsible AI.

Members are encouraged to share experiences at all times, and offer to assist other members, professionally, where appropriate and/or commercially attractive.
