Transformation Programme

Depending on the individual or organizational needs, expectations and readiness of members, they will be guided through a three stage transformation process, at their own pace. This includes membership assessment, community participation, special interest groups, online assessments and courseware, strategy and policy development, competence development, systems and tools and certification at each stage, as follows:

Members commence the Programme with Stage 1, to join the community, obtain a Knowledger passport to track knowledge and AI competencies, and discover the capabilities, products and services of community members for assistance and support. Members then complete an overview of the Global Knowledge and AI Driven Economy. (Deeper dives are possible throughout the programme.) This is followed by completing a personal and/or organisational needs and readiness assessment online.

Stage 2 examines in more depth the knowledge and AI strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, both globally and locally, individually and organisationally, through online special interest groups, courseware and/or physical special interest group meetings. At this stage, members are introduced to the Future Leaders Programme which discusses critical skills development and introduces organisational governance, strategy and policy considerations.

Stage 3 provides individual and organisational members with the best path and/or strategy and gain opportunities to experience new knowledge and AI tools according to 5 recognised levels of competence.

Stage 4 guides organisational members to iteratively pilot, evaluate, measure and improve their implementation of human knowledge and AI driven management systems.

Throughout each of the programme stages, members are guided in alignment with international regulations, principles, standards and best practices for ethical and responsible AI.

Members are encouraged to share experiences at all times, and offer to assist other members, professionally, where appropriate and commercially attractive.
